Quality Management

  • To meet our diversified clients' needs, we continue to invest in both targeted panel recruitment online/offline and volume promotion only through large trusted channels.
  • We adopt a duplication-prevention system at the registration process which allows only: 1) a unique & verified e-mail address 2) a unique personal profile to be included in a panel
  • In case an e-mail address is invalid, incorrect, or a contradictory response is found to be unsuitable any reason, a panelist is reported and they are prevented from serving as a panelist at any point in the future.
  • Any invalid participant is blocked at the end point -- every reward request must be cleared through our system and a manual check is performed to determine if there is any account duplication.

We can supply panelist data including survey participation histories, dates of entry, and member attribute data, if it is requested by our client and such request is admitted as reasonable and within the scope of the purpose of the survey conducted.
