Research Panel Asia forms an alliance with Data100 expanding its online panel capabilities in China

Tokyo, Japan –August 25, 2011 - Research Panel Asia Inc. (RPA), a leading global online market research company, today announces the formation of a strategic alliance with Data100 Market Research, a Beijing based full-service research company, to cultivate the growth of their Chinese online panel capabilities in a collaborative way to meet their clients' rapidly growing needs in both the U.S. and abroad.

This new affiliation will expand upon RPA’s already strong Chinese online panel launched in 2009. This alliance will bring RPA not only an additional panel capacity, but also the deep market insights that Data100 has accumulated through its domestic business. The combined panel size RPA can access in China will become 1.6 million, including its 400,000 proprietary panels.
The alliance will enable RPA and Data100 to use panels mutually through a data sharing scheme. Furthermore, both parties will work closely to share the panel operation know-how and market demand so that both can recruit necessary panels in a more effective way. The agreed scheme includes a continued and mutual quality assurance process between the two companies.
Mobile is a strong trend not only in China but also in other Asian countries, becoming the most popular tool to access online. RPA, as an online data collection specialist in Asia, will continue its investment to embrace the mobile technologies to the panel operations as the market leader.
